Dr. Henry Moller

1969-2020

It is with sadness that we share that one of our classmates and reunion planning members has passed away.

MOLLER, Hinrich 'Henry' Joachim - Born in Tubingen, Germany on October 25, 1969; passed away on June 3, 2020 at the age of 50. Predeceased by his brother Felix Gardell. He is survived by his children, Natasha and Max. He is also survived by his mother, Dietlind Gardell of Ottawa, his father, Joachim Moller of Germany, and his brothers, Frank Gardell (Shannon) of French River, ON and Christian Moller of Germany. Henry’s innate desire to help people spurred him to attend medical school at the University of Toronto and then residency at McMaster University in Hamilton. He enjoyed contributing to the field of psychiatry and providing mentoring to other scientists. His love of his birth country and of world travel was a theme in his life, which he nurtured in his children. He was intrigued by music, art, science and religion and at his brightest he pursued all of these with enthusiasm. He died before his time. A private family service has been held.
